First: There is no magic key

• James 1:2-4 - Persevere through trials.
• Trials will make you grow -- They are a good thing!
• Heb 12:1-2
• Your success will depend on what you determine to do each day!
• Choos to run the race for God, not yourself.
• Keep your eyes on Jesus, who you are serving

Key #1: Spiritual Success

1. Put God First: Joshua 1:7-9. Read Joshual 1 and think about how Joshua was feeling.
2. Mediate on and obey God's law.
3. Obey God in the things you know to do today.
4. Spend time in prayer.
5. The busier you are, the more important it is to spend time with God.
6. Don't fall into the temptation thinking that you don't have time to pray or read God's word. If you do you are deceived.
7. We can be deceived easily. Spend time with God to help.
8. Take time each week to consider how much time you've spent with the Lord.
9. Spiritual success is the most important thing.
